SPROUT Innovation Project Management Training

The Methodology

Innovation projects often involve a high level of uncertainty, which means traditional project management methods quickly reach their limits.
To make the most of the project team's creative potential, it's important to strike the right balance between exploration and focus. That’s why we’ve developed a structured approach to guide every step of the innovation process — and we teach it in our Innovation Project Management (IPM) training!

The training content is applied and documented by the participants using their own workbook. This creates a concept for structuring and long-term project implementation beyond the training program.
