The Methodology
Innovation projects come with a high degree of uncertainty, which means that traditional project management methods quickly reach their limits.
For innovation projects, it is essential to strike the right balance between exploration and focus in order to fully leverage the creative potential that comes with developing new solutions.
We have developed an approach that enables all steps of innovation development to be structured and executed successfully - our SPROUT Innovation Project Management (IPM) Method.
In our four-day Innovation Project Leader Training, the progress of participants’ current innovation projects takes center stage. Tools and methods are applied directly during the training to advance each participant’s project, increase success probability and attractiveness, accelerate implementation, and establish a clear structure for the next steps.
Experience shows that this not only leads to sustainable capability-building for participants, but also delivers a remarkable boost in project progress within just a few days.

Toolset
We’ve bundled over 30 years of innovation experience into one powerful toolset. It offers project managers an easy-to-apply selection from various methods including Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup, and more.

Training
In our multi-day training, participants learn how to overcome challenges throughout the entire innovation process using real project examples — and how to apply what they’ve learned directly to their ongoing projects.

Workbook
The training content is applied and documented by the participants using their own workbook. This creates a concept for structuring and long-term project implementation beyond the training program.

Target Group and Content
The training is designed for innovation managers, experienced project leaders, and talented professionals who are entrusted with the management of an important innovation project.
Participants learn the most important methods for managing innovation projects and are enabled to work in a systematic and repeatable way — while adopting a customer-centered and entrepreneurial mindset.
The training addresses the following key questions along the innovation journey:

After successfully completing the training, participants will be able to systematically reduce uncertainties in innovation projects and increase project success during implementation.
The Participants will be able to immediately apply what they have learned to ongoing projects and share it with colleagues.
